Part of the 'This Delicate Film We've Made' DVD which was released in 2009 (now available on iTunes, woo hoo!)

I had a completely open brief for this video, which can be a mixed blessing, but the track has such a strong feel that the visuals more or less created themsleves. I decided to try to capture the emotional quality of the song, rather than a staight interpretation of the lyrics.

There are a few refences to some of my favourite films in here, some more obvious than others, so it was quite a fun video to work on. And blowing things up is always appealing.

The modelling and animation was done with Maya, post was done with After Effects. Vue was used for a couple of shots. Photoshop wasn't used at all, so it went out and got drunk and didn't speak to me for a week.
