This is a parody song and video two friends and I wrote and performed two years ago...ESKOM is the South African government-owned supplier of electricity and they have been experiencing on-going power failures for the past...well, forever...and it has now been announced that South Africa are officially in an 'energy crisis'.
This video (and the song itself) is a parody of Eskom's shoddy service (featuring three notorious Eskom Reps) and the Afrikaans accent (which I put on - just to be clear ;)
Sorry for the lengthy description but if you're not from SA this video won't make much sense without one...All crits and comments welcome

Although a parody and meant for a target audience, it's still quirky and funny. A simple video, maybe a little childish at times but it’s supposed to send a message that the African energy situation sucks. It's definitely more than I would do if I was being gouged for electricity.
