With the song's lyrics and driving, march-like beat, I felt the song resonated a feeling of defiance and possible anti-establishment. There were also many quirks in the music that I felt had a contrasting fun edge to them.
After a few listens I started to develop an idea of a marching army of unloved toys. A march set against an abstract background that is continually moving to elements of the track. I felt this was a nice starting point to set against the rather dark undertone and conclusion for the piece.
This was my first (but hopefully not my last) commission from Radar Music Video from my first ever treatment submission.
