My word, I bet you went through a bit of charcoal and scanning to make that, unless of course you discovered a way to create that effect on a computer, surely not. Oh you did... those god damn machines they can do anything, sadly not for me though, grrrr
I didn't replicate charcoal on the computer, but I did scan a ton of different charcoal textures, pictures, etc.. in and worked via the comp. I may return to charcoals one day and do a traditional frame by frame... once I get better at handling them (this was my first time in the medium)
