Make a well in the center of the ingredients and add the wet ingredients and mix until there are no lumps. Heat a skillet and when it is hot enough a drop of water will sputter on it. Lightly grease the skillet. Pour 3 tablespoons of the thin batter in the pan and roll around until it covers the bottom and then in just a few minutes turn the pancake over and brown for just a minute. Put the pancake on a plate and spread jelly thinly over it, as you continue to make the pancakes keep layering them with the jelly. Continue to make the pancakes keep layering them with the jelly. When you have 4-6 inches high, or your batter is done, sprinkle powdered sugar over the top and cut into wedge like cake.
