I`m Dan the Fisherman (aka Daniel Vyskoc). I`m working with my own production called Stink Factory (www.stink-factory.com) that makes music videos and music related visuals (making of, interviews, mash-ups, video installations for music sets...) providing full production. My role is director along with cinematographer and editor (often all in the same project).
Beside that I`ve worked on commercials, promos, campaigns, docummentaries, short films, travel videos, viral videos, experimental films.
I`ve made 7 music videos as director (+camera,editing), 2 more as cinematographer only, 1 as co-editor. I also worked on several making of the videos, interviews, about 15 live shoots and some festival shoots (Brighton Fringe Festival 07 official promo, Brussels to Brighton 08 promo), about 10 non-musical performance promo videos, 2 travel videos and sport promo/documentary.
From commercial & corporate projects I co-directed (with Ivo Sveda), shot and edited a promo film for an anniversary of a bank institution in native Slovakia. Also directed, shot and edited a promo video for Table football federation of Slovakia.
Budgets of the videos I made so far range from zero to £3500.
Beside that I worked on about 10 low budget short films (as director, co-director, cinematographer and editor).
DV in possession, can do HD if required, also 16/35mm if project requires and budget allows.
I can also direct an animated video (co-operation with animation artist from Stink Factory production).
