MUSIC VIDEO DIRECTORS:

• Open a Premium Account - choose quarterly or annual payments.
• Complete your profile with your resume and link your videos. If your video is featured, it may become eligible for sales distribution
• Receive email notifications every time a new brief is published, turn them off if they're annoying.
• Submit treatments to music video briefs you like.
• Get a ranking when you submit. Both rankings and treatments are private to you, the client and site admins.
• Different briefs suit different levels of experience. New directors have a better chance of getting low budget commissions. Multi award-winning directors usually get high budget, high status commissions.
• Non-exclusive, you can be repped and still be a member.
• Commissioned videos are promoted by Radar.
• Comment on other director’s videos, get feedback from other directors on your videos.
• Add friends, bookmark videos, network through the blog.
• Get the roughly monthly ‘Music Videos Marketing’ newsletter and video bookmarking.

A special corporate account for production companies only, allowing their junior staff to access and pitch on briefs. Each treatment is vouched for by the production company. If commissioned, the production company agree to support the director with eg production equipment, editing or executive support. Although the individual directors may have few if any director credits, because of this support all treatments are ranked at ‘4 - mentored director’

A special account for universities and colleges, allowing students to access and pitch on briefs. Each treatment is vouched for by the course leader. If commissioned, the university or college agree to support the director with eg production equipment, editing or executive support. Although the individual directors may have few if any director credits, because of this support all treatments are ranked at ‘2 - mentored student’
