It's an idiosyncracy of the system we use that it won't let you delete a picture and upload a new one in the same go. You have to upload, then delete.
Go to 'My Account' and choose 'Edit Profile', then select the middle tab, called ‘Account Settings’. This is the picture that gets used to represent you on the site – your avatar.
Go to ‘Edit Profile’ at the extreme top right hand side of the site. If ‘Edit Profile’ isn’t showing, your membership application hasn’t been approved yet.

If you’re linking to Radar, it doesn’t matter what format you’ve used as long as the link works.
If they’re broadly on-topic, reply via comments and get a discussion going, it’ll draw people to your video. If you feel comments are malicious or spammy, email support@RadarMusicVideos.com.
If you’ve got the written permission of all the copyright holders you can - you need to work out how you get that.
